About
Sebastian Franke works as a postdoctoral research fellow in the Department of Health Services Management since April 2017. He defended his Ph.D. on the topic of health and mortality by partnership status at the Department of Geography and Planning, University of Liverpool. Previously, he graduated with a Master Oficial in Demography from the Universidad Autonoma de Barcelona and the European Doctoral School of Demography and a diploma in biomathematics from the Zittau/Goerlitz University of Applied Sciences. His research interests include cause-specific mortality, competing risks and multi-morbidity among others.
