Susanne Ozegowski received her PhD in Public Health at the TU Berlin in 2013, with Leonie Sundmacher acting as thesis supervisor. In her dissertation she analyzed regional inequalities in ambulatory health care, especially focusing on “Bedarfsplanung” (the regional capacity planning scheme for ambulatory care physicians). She is currently managing director of the German Managed Care Association in Berlin. Previously she worked as a consultant at the Boston Consulting Group.
